We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and community.

To qualify as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you should:
Have your BCBA credential
Have at least 5 years of experience working with children with autism in an ABA capacity
Be familiar with the VB-MAPP and programming
Experience completing FBAs
Experience writing ABA treatment plans including medical necessity criteria
Experience working with families
Experience supervising staff
Experience with children with high-functioning autism a plus
Social/emotional skills within an ABA framework a plus.
In this job, you will:
Be the lead clinician on a few cases, with the opportunity to grow your caseload
Conduct any evaluations necessary
Create and write both skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, within the treatment plan
Provide direct ABA to children with Autism
Train and supervise BT/RBTs and parents on the protocols.
Collect data and graph
Complete paperwork/notes
Provide ongoing supervision to BT/RBTs
Communicate regularly with other team members
Communicate regularly and conduct training as needed with parents
Attend and/or lead team meetings outside of ABA sessions
Active participation in supervision/ consultation sessions
Demonstrate professionalism, maintain confidentiality of clients
To qualify as a Behavior Technician, you should:
Be passionate about children & families and feel comfortable playing with children
Be flexible & patient to build your caseload
Be able to take instruction and learn
Have >12 hours of college credit in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Have a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Have up-to-date clearances
Have a valid driver's license & reliable car
Have weekend availability (preferred)
Have some experience working or living with people with autism
Have, or be willing to obtain the "Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)" credential

Earn supervision hours toward your BCBA if needed
Preference is given to those who are respectful of others, able to work in a team, and excited to learn more about effective teaching children with autism.
